We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals with strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods and materials within specified timelines
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments using logistics software
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure accuracy of information
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery by working with relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to transportation and import/export
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics processes
