Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry to support system updates and maintain confidentiality
  • Handle administrative tasks related to PO, DO, and invoice coordination
  • Organize and manage proper documentation, including sorting, filing, and archiving
  • Track and validate service provider invoices
  • Support day-to-day clerical duties in the logistics office
  • Process inbound/outbound transactions, generate picklist using SAP
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation, billing, and other ad hoc logistics tasks

Job Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Familiar with inventory coordination and document handling
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
