Well Established Trading & Logistics Company in Singapore

 Salary: $2000 - $3000 + Variable Bonus

 Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am - 6pm

Work Location: Tanah Merah -4Bus Stop Away from MRT

Responsible for updating daily shipments, handling ERP data entry and coordinating deliveries while working closely with drivers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Update and track daily shipment status accurately using the ERP system
• Perform data entry for delivery orders, inventory movements, and logistics records
• Ensure shipment, stock, and delivery information is accurate and up to date
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries; monitor delivery progress
• Prepare and handle logistics documents (Delivery Orders, invoices, POD, etc.)
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to support smooth operations
• Follow up on delivery delays, discrepancies, and system issues promptly
