Job Description

  • Assist in managing and coordinating logistics operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team including data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational skills, and effective time management
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assist with a variety of logistics functions
