Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics activities, including deliveries, transfers, and pickups.
  • Prepare, check, and organize logistics documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and inventory forms.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and follow up with drivers, couriers, and transport partners.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouses, stores, suppliers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
  • Track delivery issues, shortages, damages, or delays and escalate concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and update tracking logs.
  • Support inventory coordination and basic reconciliation with stores or warehouses.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
