Job Description

Responsibilities



+ This position is responsible for creating reports using Power BI/Excel tools and finding opportunities for automation.

+ Co-ordination with Freight forwarders, 3PL vendors and all involved internal functions/sites for Onboarding related queries.

+ Weekly reporting, tracking of Onboarding status & sharing feedback to all stakeholders.

+ Identify patterns and develop process improvement initiatives to reduce failures & cycle time.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

+ Must have working knowledge of Vendor Management (e.g Vendor creation, Vendor onboarding)

+ Issue resolution & problem solving to ensure meeting TAT.

+ Manage 3PL vendor relationship.



Success Indicators / Qualification:



+ BBA, B. Com, MBA and PGDBM (Supply chain) /International Business/Business Administration with around 3 to 4 years of experience in Logistics industry.

+ Experience in handling End to End Logistics operations with focus on identifying Cost saving and SLA improvement.

+ Must have proven track record of Successful Handling of New Projects

+ Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams

+ Knowledge of logistic terminology and relevant data elements for reporting preferred.

+ Demonstrated ability to push for issue resolution in a global, diverse and complex environment, based on influential management (Resolution).

+ Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

+ Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills

+ Fluent in English (written and spoken).
