Job Description
**JOB PURPOSE**
The Logistics Analyst manages discrepancies between physical inventory and accounting, analyzes anomalies, and coordinates physical counting activities. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Management of warehouse and production department material stocks**
+ Root cause analysis for negative material stocks
+ Management of discrepancies between delivered goods and related shipping documents
+ Management of issues related to differences between physical and accounting inventory
+ Control of physical/accounting inventory at subcontracting suppliers
**Analysis of excess and obsolete stocks**
+ Update of material status
+ Verify with Production/Technical/Service whether excess or obsolete materials can be recovered or sold
