Key Responsibilities

Logistics Management

• Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics for construction materials, machinery, and equipment.
• Coordinate transportation, delivery schedules, and site logistics to meet project timelines.
• Optimize routes, freight costs, and delivery methods to reduce logistics expenses.
• Manage third-party transporters, freight vendors, and logistics service providers.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Establish and enforce inventory control systems for raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and tools.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, or material obsolescence.
• Oversee warehouse operations, layout planning, safety, and material handling procedures.
• Ensure accurate stock records, GRNs, material issue notes, and reconciliation with physical stock.
