Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised Reservations and Logistics Officer to join our remote Bungle Bungle operation for the 2026 season. This is a live-in role based at Bellburn Airstrip within Purnululu National Park, supporting daily tour logistics, guest coordination and reservations while working alongside our Aboriginal guide team.

This seasonal contract runs from 1 April to 30 September.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservations and booking coordination from the Bellburn airstrip hut
• Coordinate aircraft arrivals, departures and guest movements
• Provide logistics support to guides and touring operations
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled and tour‑ready
• Prepare and pack food and supplies for daily touring
• Maintain smooth daily operational flow in a remote environment
