Job Description Make Operations & Client Servicing a key differentiator for Channel Packaging Pvt. Ltd. Oversee end-to-end operations including logistics, warehouse management and customer servicing across 7 distribution centers. Lead, coach and develop depot and operations teams to improve performance and ensure consistency of service. Ensure timely availability of material at distribution centers by balancing service levels with optimal inventory to minimize working capital and storage costs. Design and implement systems and processes for customer service, inventory control, loss prevention and stock lifecycle management to reduce pilferage, damage and obsolescence. Plan and execute the setup of operations and fulfillment centers in line with the companys growth strategy. Regularly visit depots to audit operations, implement best practices and drive productivity improvements. Develop efficient daily vehicle routing and delivery plans to improve service speed and optimize resource utilization. Produce and analyze MIS reports to monitor depot performance, including cycle counts, vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, inventory discrepancies, petty cash usage and open sales orders.

Graduate with additional qualifications in Operations Management preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience managing operations or in a similar role within a distribution, FMCG or e-commerce company. Proven track record in delivering results across the responsibilities listed above. Practical experience with WMS/TMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and implementing process improvements. Strong analytical skills and experience producing and interpreting MIS and KPI reports; advanced Excel capability preferred. Experience working with 3PL partners, transport vendors and last-mile delivery networks. Strong persuasive communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Excellent relationship-building and collaborative teamwork abilities; demonstrated people leadership experience.
