Your Position
The Logistics Assistant ensures that KITRO devices, spare parts, and accessories are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time to hospitality customers and partners. This role supports the operations and customer success teams so installations and replacements can happen with minimal downtime for our clients.
Your profile
Responsibilities
- Planning and setup of international or national shipping activities
- Independently handle any tasks related to order fulfillments, material orders, logistics, import and export activities and record correctly in internal system (currently jira board or later in inventory management system)
- Admin support with preparation of related documents such as Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations, Invoices, etc.
- Bookkeeping support with reconciliation of transactions
Skills & Qualifications
- High level of verbal and written communication in English and German
- Ability to work independently, accurately and get things done efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and proper documentation
- A positive attitude with a strong capability for self-driven continuous learning and improvement
- Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems
