Logistics Assistant

Ensure all the incoming physical cargoes are recorded down and issue Incoming Material Checklist to QA.

To prepare shipping documents for outgoing shipment with zero error.

Ensure all the outgoing cargoes are in good condition including the pallets (for palletize cargoes) and follow the SOP.

Carry out monthly stock take with finance team.

To assign the stock allocation following FIFO/FEFO order to fulfil sale order.

Responsible to do general typing, filling, compiling, photocopying documents and administration work as well.

Follow all safety rules and regulation stated down in the Company’s Policy at all times.

Responsible to take care of the warehouse equipment.

To check warehouse physical and equipment conditions at all times.

To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum with diploma qualification in any field or equivalent.
