Job Description
We are seeking a **detail-oriented Logistics Clerk** with **at least 2 years of experience in international shipping** to support a start up Drone company in Hayward, CA!
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare commercial invoices in Google Sheets.
+ Ensure trade compliance and manage customs documentation.
+ Support internal customer service by resolving shipping issues.
+ Create FedEx shipping labels and work with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
+ Double-check weights and details to prevent errors and audits.
+ Process export-controlled shipments with extra care.
