Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

• Lead real-time monitoring and coordination of supply chain operations across Logistics and Warehouse Operations.
• Track critical supply chain KPIs in the areas of Logistics, Warehouse Ops, Process Violations, Inventory and Distributor/Customer Receivables (Cash collection) and ensure highest levels of metrics are maintained.
• Drive proactive issue resolution with Tech, Product and other Business Stakeholders to minimize disruption to Operations and support high customer service levels.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical operational risks and decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and update accurate reports, and timely escalate issues to concerned stakeholders to aid in quick resolution and decision making.
• Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to knowledge and team capability building.

• Graduate with 2-4 years experience in supply chain management roles.
• Good structured spoken and written communication skills required for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analytical with basic excel/google sheets proficiency. ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced unstructured environments and make quick decisions.
• Night shifts (9-10 hour shifts) with a 6-day work week
