In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of customer service activities focusing on deliveries to customers, as well as ensuring specific levels of service to all clients being served within the team. You will prepare files, distribute documents, cargo tracking, billing, and collect funds while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
