You will work closely with 200 drivers daily through our driver app and address any phone call issues with vendors.
Responsibilities
+ Print manifests for loads and ensure seals are correct.
+ Review Manifest Discrepancy Reports (MDR) for accuracy.
+ Monitor the Driver app to manage 200 drivers daily.
+ Handle issues related to purchase orders, loads, and vendor communication.
+ Resolve equipment issues such as flat tires and truck breakdowns.
