Logistics Coordinator

WA Vehicle Transport is expanding! A new position has been created for an experienced Logistics Coordinator who is reliable, highly organised and self-motivated to join our team on a Full-Time basis in Maddington. You’ll be reporting directly to the Logistics Manager and the hours will be 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and allocate daily vehicle transfers to Drivers
• Accurately entering jobs into our Transport Software
• Communicate effectively with Drivers and Customers
• Efficiently responding to emails/calls and quoting vehicle transfer costs
• Ensure all administration associated with daily transport is accurately recorded and kept up to date

Qualifications

• Must hold current Drivers Licence & have own reliable transport
