  • Ensuring on-time delivery of goods to customers by coordinating across multiple internal departments including the Purchase Team, Clearance Team, Warehouse & Delivery Team, and the Service Delivery Team.
  • Providing timely delivery updates to customers through proactive communication and system notifications.
  • Resolving delivery-related issues by liaising with Customer Sales, Service Engineers, and Last-Mile Delivery Teams to address bottlenecks and escalate concerns.
  • Tracking and reporting on delivery performance, delays, and compliance with customer delivery timelines.
  • Supporting revenue forecasting through analysis of Delivery ETAs, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and Monthly Revenue Recognition (MRR) collections.
  • Managing penalty risk forecasting and tracking last delivery date extensions in scenarios where customer-requested delivery dates may be breached. ...
