What You'll Do:
Coordinate dispatch operations, freight shipments (FTL), and store-to-store transfers.
Manage picking lists and receiving reports for assigned stores.
Communicate with carriers to request documentation, schedule pickups, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Track shipments and notify warehouses of carrier ETAs.
Support customers post-delivery by resolving claims, complaints, and logistics-related issues.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational KPIs.
