- Develop and implement logistics strategies Supply chain, Transportation, Warehousing.
- Development and follow up of special logistics projects focus on new implementations and improvements.
- Participate in the design of new platform supply chain design to increase internal material handling efficiency.
- Issue recommendations in order to ensure efficiency of Transportation, Warehousing, receiving, material handling supporting model mix assembly.
- Work with Internal Logistics team and Packaging Engineer to determine the right container to receive parts according with BRP specifications.
- Support Kanban process implementation, information systems and parts replenishments signals.
- Plan, coordinate and lead work session, with supporting teams, aiming to optimize logistics systems.
- Identify cost-reduction or process-improvement logistic opportunities.
- Assure efficient material flow and propose improvements, route design, calculations and adjustments.
- Identify process inefficiencies and improve them with a good follow up.
- Define logistics operation modes when introducing new supplier, part number, agreements.
- Conceive and lead optimization projects for a lean value chain linked to industries best practices.
- Support processes from Internal Logistics.
- Coordinate projects and prepare feasibility studies.
- Active participation on the Health & Safety committee.
- Coordinate 5 Sās activities and give support to operations areas.
- Warehouse Capacity Analysis and related projects of optimization.
- Perform budget and forecast of transportation including accruals
- Support the team in training of activities of traffic and invoicing
