About:
An established, in-home senior care provider company in the USA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage and coordinate the schedule of caregiver employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic role where they will utilize problem-solving skills.
Job Type Location and Schedule:
- This role is remote in Colombia.
- Multiple shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend to all Missed Clock-Ins/Input notes and confirm the caregiver is with the client. Follow-up with clients if the caregiver is running late.
- Any call-outs, contact the client immediately and look for a replacement.
- Look and review the schedule and fill in gaps for the current week or the following week.
- Email weekly schedules to clients, identifying changes, if necessary, every Friday for the following week.
