Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments and ensure seamless communication of load status and updates to leadership and clients. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure loads are picked, staged, and shipped accurately, track shipments, and address any delays or issues. Prepare and review shipping and international documentation while accurately entering shipment information into computer systems. Provide timely, professional customer service support.
