What You'll Do
Coordinate dispatch operations and manage loads from pickup to delivery.
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time execution.
Monitor shipments, track routes, and provide real-time updates.
Resolve operational issues and escalations as they arise.
Maintain accurate system updates and operational documentation.
