- Prepare and verify shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams, shipping lines, and overseas agents
- Maintain accurate shipment records in our systems
- Ensure timely submission of documents to customers and authorities
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and follow up on pending items
