Your responsibilities:
• Monitoring freight to ensure accurate customs declaration for delivery.
• Follow up on inbound shipments for customers and internal departments.
• Provide arrival information to customer on flight or vessel arrivals.
• Basic paperwork check to ensure proper order and local regulations.
• Ensure freight and handling charges billing are accurate.
