Logistics Coordinator

Responsible for day‑to‑day logistics activities, managing data entry, shipment tracking, and liaison with internal departments such as laboratory, sample services, and site support services. The role requires extensive collaboration with Labcorp internal teams and external courier providers.

Essential Job Duties

• Load and manage shipper/consignee information and related transportation procedures.
• When applicable, manage dry ice information accounts with providers and execute address changes as required.
• Document all transportation service failures, resolve issues, and raise escalation to management when resolution is incomplete.
• Support other logistics functions with laboratory testing or pre‑analytical/post‑analytical requirements questions.
