The Freight Pricing & Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting a dynamic transportation team, handling high-volume freight quoting and providing operational logistics support. This position requires adeptness in managing a shared inbox, delivering accurate freight quotes swiftly, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and maintain the shared freight quote inbox, ensuring incoming requests are reviewed, prioritized, and cleared daily.
+ Process and respond to 70–150 freight quote requests per day.
+ Generate accurate pricing for LTL, FTL, and expedited shipments as required.
+ Maintain a target turnaround time of within one hour from receipt of quote requests.
+ Utilize internal systems and pricing tools to develop competitive quotes.
