Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient and cost‑effective processes for inbound and outbound shipments. This role includes coordinating delivery schedules, optimizing load planning, maintaining carrier relationships, and ensuring compliance with customs and company standards. The Logistics Coordinator also acts as a primary point of contact between departments, carriers, and vendors.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate appointment bookings for all inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring delivery accuracy.
- Manage and maintain logistics databases, including carrier freight records and ERP systems.
- Develop and execute load plans in collaboration with the Logistics Load Planners.
