Logistics Coordinator

Communicating and coordinating with clients, carriers, and internal teams to plan and schedule cargo transportation

Monitoring cargo shipments and providing clients with delivery status updates

Resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the logistics process

Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, such as shipping manifests and customs clearance forms

Identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes and implementing cost-saving measures

Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies

Providing support and guidance to junior team members as needed

We are looking for candidates with:

At least 4 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
