Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Interface with the Risk Manager, Escort, and Insurance Company according to the values of invoices to be shipped/transported
• Monitors collections and deliveries with drivers
• Receiving, checking, and delivering documents (FRM) to logistics-CTD for preparation release of daily shipments
• Supervises the checking and preparation of cargo for shipment and delivery
• Monitors the loading and unloading of cargo at airlines with drivers
• Enters and updates data in systems (Bsoft and Maestro)
• Provides guidance and training on operational activities
• Internal and external coordination of drivers
• Verifies vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
• Internal customer support (Impo, Expo, Domestic, CS, CTD, and related departments)
• Fleet management - Quality, fueling, inspections, regulations, costs, maintenance, tolls, fines, etc.
