Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Interface with the Risk Manager, Escort, and Insurance Company according to the values of invoices to be shipped/transported;
• Monitors collections and deliveries with drivers;
• Receiving, checking, and delivering documents (FRM) to logistics-CTD for preparation release of daily shipments;
• Supervises the checking and preparation of cargo for shipment and delivery; Monitors the loading and unloading of cargo at airlines with drivers;
• Enters and updates data in systems (Bsoft and Maestro);
• Provides guidance and training on operational activities;
• Internal and external coordination of drivers;
• Verifies vehicle maintenance and cleanliness;
• Internal customer support (Impo, Expo, Domestic, CS, CTD, and related departments);
