Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator with strong experience in cross‑border freight, as well as air and ocean transportation, to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers to ensure exceptional customer service through the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of domestic and international shipments.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage cross-border (U.S./Canada) shipments, ensuring all customs, documentation, and compliance requirements are met.Oversee air and ocean freight bookings, routing, and tracking from pickup to delivery.Source, select, and negotiate with carriers to secure competitive rates and reliable service.Manage daily dispatch activities, ensuring timely communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams.Monitor shipment status, resolve delays or service issues, and proactively communicate updates.Build and maint...
