Job Description:
- Responsible for coordinating and managing outbound freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule, prepare, and route shipments per customer requirements.
- Create accurate bills of lading, pallet labels, and customs documentation.
- Process and track orders through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and resolve shipping errors to prevent recurrence.
- Communicate with customers and carriers, providing shipment details and support.
- Review freight costs and carrier rates to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses.
