Logistics coordinator - Outbound

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of MSOL shipments outgoing of Dubai. The position will be working with customer care team warehouse staff and freight forwarders. The main objective is to prepare shipping documents and facilitate the shipments collection from our warehouse for timely delivery to customers.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Handle Outbound shipments: PMO shipments RMA shipments DG shipments Trax manual shipments and closing drop shipments in system
• Prepare shipping documents in Global Trax/ manual shipping documents upon receipt of final weights and dimensions from warehouse team
• Prepare Delivery Advise and HS Summary sheet from MIC for outgoing shipments Share draft shipping documents with Customer Care team for shipping release from customer
• Apply Certificate of Origin in Dubai Chamber of Commerce website
