Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible in collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure up-to-date shipment information and on-time shipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth transportation and logistics operations as well as resolve various concerns and escape as needed.
• Prepare shipping details and documentation
• Determine pricing strategies and quotations for freight services based on customer requirements and cost considerations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on performance for freight meetings and other reports that the management may require.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations.
