Job Description

  1. Review and files logistics documents such as Delivery Receipts
  2. Ensures proper recording of results of delivery activities in the management information system
  3. Communicates with customers regarding schedule status, updates, prerequisites and other issues
  4. Communicates with warehousing for advance preparation of goods
  5. Coordinates with field personnel, requesters during logistics activities
  6. Maintains a working feedback system with internal and external customers to measure and optimize for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  1. Must be a graduate of any course, technical courses are preferred
  2. Must have at least one (1) year working experience in procurement or any related field
  3. Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, presentation and spreadsheet application
