Based out of the Surrey, BC area, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize end-to-end international import and export operations. This role oversees documentation, compliance, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and on-time delivery across global markets.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all import/export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Prepare and review shipping documents (BOL, COO, invoices, packing lists, certificates).

Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams.

Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain real-time logistics visibility.

Optimize transportation costs and negotiate freight rates.

Monitor compliance with Incoterms, customs requirements, and company policies.
