  • Plan and coordinate parcel delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
  • Contact customers to confirm delivery date and address.
  • Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance.
  • Respond to delivery-related inquiries and concerns from customers.
  • Communicate and follow up with internal stakeholders in group chats to achieve mutual satisfaction.
  • Provide support to any parcel delivery issues highlighted by internal stakeholders
  • Assist the Delivery Manager in ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Min 'O' Levels - Diploma
  • Highly customer-oriented
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
    - Fluent in Chinese to respond to inquiries and concerns from Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Responsible individual with the ability to work with little supervision
