- Plan and coordinate parcel delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
- Contact customers to confirm delivery date and address.
- Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance.
- Respond to delivery-related inquiries and concerns from customers.
- Communicate and follow up with internal stakeholders in group chats to achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Provide support to any parcel delivery issues highlighted by internal stakeholders
- Assist the Delivery Manager in ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Min 'O' Levels - Diploma
- Highly customer-oriented
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
- Fluent in Chinese to respond to inquiries and concerns from Chinese-speaking stakeholders - Responsible individual with the ability to work with little supervision
