Sales Order & Sales Support:
- Assist in processing sales orders and preparing invoices, commercial invoices (CIs), and purchase orders (POs).
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries.
Logistics & Shipment Coordination:
- Assist in arranging local and overseas shipments, including preparing labels, packaging, and transport.
- Prepare shipping documents (AWB) and track deliveries.
Vendor Liaison:
- Coordinate with local and overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and couriers.
- Follow up on orders and deliveries.
Inventory Management:
- Update inventory, shipment, and order records.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels.
General Support:
- Support daily logistics and sales coordination tasks.
- Work with internal teams (Sales, Production, Engineering) to ensure smooth operations.
