JOB DESCRIPTION (FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY)
➢ To ensure the quality of customer service department across all branches of TradeRoute Logistics.
➢ Interacting with shipping lines, airlines, vendors and customers on a daily basis to ensure quality customer service and smooth operations in day to day business.
➢ To carry out the daily tasks to perfection through direct and indirect means of communication.
➢ To perform accurate and timely data entry in the prescribed software.
➢ Ensuring data integrity and quality in the documentational aspects.
➢ Maintain daily status reports and create other reports as and when asked to.
➢ Ensuring file and document compliance.
➢ Process flow execution, monitoring and optimization.
➢ Customer liaison, feedback, and reporting to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
➢ Track and trace of shipments and provide timely update to sales department.
