Job Description
Our client is an established logistics and freight solutions provider based in Singapore, specializing in international freight forwarding and end-to-end supply chain support. Their operations cover import and export coordination, cargo handling, and customer support across multiple trade lanes.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal; providing timely updates on shipments
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and operations for delivery scheduling and issue resolution
- Process orders and update shipment tracking in internal systems
- Prepare and verify basic shipment documentation (delivery notes, invoices, manifests)
- Support booking arrangements with carriers and freight agents
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, and any related field(s)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics field preferred (not mandatory)
