Job Description

Our client is an established logistics and freight solutions provider based in Singapore, specializing in international freight forwarding and end-to-end supply chain support. Their operations cover import and export coordination, cargo handling, and customer support across multiple trade lanes.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal; providing timely updates on shipments
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and operations for delivery scheduling and issue resolution
  • Process orders and update shipment tracking in internal systems
  • Prepare and verify basic shipment documentation (delivery notes, invoices, manifests)
  • Support booking arrangements with carriers and freight agents
  • Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, and any related field(s)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics field preferred (not mandatory)
