Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams
  • Provide shipment updates and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Update and maintain work task management )
  • Assist in general administrative and support tasks when needed

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in customer service (experienced in logistics/shipping/air freight is a must)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
