Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams
- Provide shipment updates and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Update and maintain work task management (Monday.com)
- Assist in general administrative and support tasks when needed
Requirements
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in customer service in logistics
