Overview
The Logistics Encoder is responsible for encoding and recording all production- or logistics-related transactions in the database to ensure accurate inventory of materials and perform related clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Transfer postings of materials from production storage locations.
- Check actual inventory versus system-generated inventory reports.
- File important documents, receipts, and other transactional records for future reference.
- Comply with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields.
- At least one year of experience in online encoding, preferably in a production and/or distribution environment.
- Basic knowledge of standard office work and filing practices.
- Required certification courses for GMP and HACCP.
