- Coach and animate the Sites Logistics Engineering network:_
- Ensure that the site Logistics Engineering teams have the right professional competencies on Logistics standards and tools through regular assessments;
- Detecting abnormalities and gaps versus the defined standards, contribute to set-up action plans, including those arising from repetitive / critical open incidents;
- Standardize job routines to perform tasks in an efficient and robust way;
- Drive the logistics performance through dedicated KPIs (Logistics Dashboard/P&L)
- Execute the Group Logistics standards, working methods, methodologies and digital solutions with site logistics engineering team:
