Logistics Executive

Who we are:

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform, and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Inbound & Outbound Logistics Coordination

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments
• Coordination with transporters, vendors, and internal teams
• Preparation and verification of shipping documents (LR, invoice, e-way bill, etc.)
• Coordination with Logistics Partners
• Knowledge on Import and Export Shipments

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain records for domestic and international shipments
• Ensure compliance with customs and DG handling procedures

3. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Interface with procurement, production, and stores for smooth logistics flow
• Escalate any delay or issue proactively for resolution

4. Vendor Management

• Handle transporter performance and billing coordination
• Ensure SLA adherence for on-time pickup and delivery

Qualification & Work Experience:

• Diploma - 4 ~5 years experience in logistics field.
• BE ( Any specialization ) - 3 ~4 experience in the logistics field.
