Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operations of all logistics warehousing functions of the assigned business unit which includes delivery, stock control, process improvement and security.
  • Ensure work processes are following documented procedures and proper housekeeping of the warehouse.
  • Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly inventory reconciliation, inventory analysis and related reports.
  • Ensure warehouse operations safety and security.
  • Communicate with customers on logistics and service issues.
  • Assist in implementation of work improvement projects.
  • Lead the team to achieve the department's KPI goals.
