Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer emails and calls to arrange and coordinate delivery orders
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up until issues are resolved
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately in the system
  • Maintain and file Proof of Delivery (POD) documents properly
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-focused service at all times
  • Support junior team members when required

Requirements:



• Diploma or Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or administrative support.
• Familiar with shipping terms, import/export procedures, and documentation.
