What You'll Do
- Operate SAP, Oracle and internal systems for daily operations
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and payment advice
- Coordinate with customers on deliveries and orders
- Check billing accuracy and perform basic data entry
- Prepare shipping and related documents to customers
- Support customs permit applications when required
- Assist with debit note and credit note issuance
- Maintain system master data and proper filing
- Assist sales team with customer order processing
