What You'll Do

  • Operate SAP, Oracle and internal systems for daily operations
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, and payment advice
  • Coordinate with customers on deliveries and orders
  • Check billing accuracy and perform basic data entry
  • Prepare shipping and related documents to customers
  • Support customs permit applications when required
  • Assist with debit note and credit note issuance
  • Maintain system master data and proper filing
  • Assist sales team with customer order processing
