Job Description

Media Ministry is a Christian bookstore. We seek to equip, provide resources and assist churches and mission organisations around the region to help fulfil the Great Commission.

Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the Logistics Operations for incoming shipment/deliveries by assisting the Logistics Supervisor in managing incoming imports/shipments, including::
• Monitors purchase orders against shipment schedules
• Handles incoming goods receipt documentation & process, including related financial processes and damaged goods & claim processes
• Handles quality control and damaged goods claims process
• Shrink wrapping and display
• Handles outgoing local deliveries/export:
• Assists in the fulfillment and packing of sales orders
• Manages the outgoing local deliveries with other logistics companies/platform
